Ez smoker will not accept phone calls, don't answer emails, unauthorized credit card charges

I have had the exact same problems with this company as all others. They will not accept a phone call, and they do not answer emails. The only thing they do well is charge your credit card. To make a long story short, i filed a formal complaint with the BBB OF SOUTHEAST FLORIDA 4411 BEACON CIRCLE STE. 4 west palm beach, florida 33407. You can also call them at 561-842-1918
