If you rent from Alex DiMusto there is a chance that you will be evicted by the county as many of his homes are foreclosing and you will not be the first one to find out that he was not paying his house payments with your rent check. He will begin wild assasinations on your character as well as threaten with physical violence if you dare stand up to him. Please beware of this guy. He is very charming and will tell you that everyone else saying this kind of thing is deranged, etc. But trust me it is true.
