Wondering how many people are being bothered by lottery and contest scams, from all over the world. UBI Payment Services/Accounting: Joe Ryan, sent me a letter stateing that I would receive $5,000. Upon filling out and returning profile Info of myself, and completing some ridiculous contest. I see several complaints against this service, and they should stop harrassing people, the letter was airmail from Singapore, but the payment service/accounting department, is located in Austrailia. Let's put a stop to international scams.
