I f0und this j0b in the newspaper. It said; "0ffice w0rk needed" "immediate 0penings 10-15 pe0ple". I called the number s0me girl answered and i g0t an interview the same day. I was excited f0r the simple fact i was 0ut 0f a j0b.
I went t0 the interview the same day. It was 1:30pm. G0t there & there were already 5-7 pe0ple in the waiting r00m. We all l00ked l0st! They tried t0 make it l00k like such a pr0fessi0nal setting... Y0u get there... Sign in... Fill 0ut the lame applicati0n & wait t0 be called... instead 0f being called individually. I went int0 the interview with s0me 0ther girl.
The interviewer was liz s0mething... She l00ked at the applicati0n. Asked a few questi0ns...& made it all mysteri0us and said she will call us if they like us!
Uh 0kay... I get h0me. 5 s0mething pm i get a call & the "receptinist" was like y0ur hired! She was way t0 excited...
S0 i g0t t0 my 2nd interview it was 0n a thursday. G0t there like 8am... Theres like 40 pe0ple there. I mean there literally werent en0ugh seats f0r every0ne. I take a seat in fr0nt, rap music is playing. Im like in sh0ck.
Every0ne was dressed t0 impress... Finally liz c0mes in all excited..& says evan will be in sh0rtly; s0 she puts dumb & dumber 0n!
S00 stupid!
Finally after taking his preci0us lil time evan c0mes in trying t0 l00k all mean & b0ssy. And pretty much lays 0ut the c0mpany... Benefits, pay, blah blah blah... (we had t0 write all this d0wn, why? Cus if we didnt take n0tes. Evan w0uldnt keep us there... S0 liz says l00k busy!)
After h0urs 0f being there. He makes a list 0f wh0 hes g0nna keep & wh0 g0t the b00t. But h0nestly i think every0ne g0t "hired" & if there were pe0ple missing... They already knew it was a scam.
S0 then they call us back int0 liz's 0ffice in gr0ups 0f 4-5...& shes like yay! Welc0me t0 synergy management! Yadayada...
The first day i bring my n0teb00k we are pretty much there f0r 2 h0urs. We get lectured at & then their like we are g0nna send y0u 0ut! Training was supp0sibly 3 weeks & then y0u get y0ur 0wn 0ffice 0r s0mething like that... Evan was like the m0re y0u sell the faster y0u get y0ur 0ffice...!
They made us carry these heavy ass b00k bag things filled with like 10 cheap perfumes..
The funny part is that they said pay wasnt based 0n sales.! T00 bad the 0nly m0ney i recieved was fr0m my friends & family... After that n0thing!
I lasted a week "w0rking" there..
All i g0t fr0m it was a h0rrible sun-tan!
Huge waste 0f my time!
I d0 n0t rec0mmend any0ne t0 even attempt calling this number...
