Unhappy - HP 640 fax

I am quite disappointed in my HP 640 fax. I had to replace my Panasonic fax and could not get another Panasonic in my area. The hp fax does not have the features that the Panasonic had but cost more money. I called costomer support to find out where the flash or switch call function was on the machine. After trying for quite some time to get the agent to understand what I wanted, it turns out this fax does not have a flash feature to switch between incoming calls. Very, very inconvenient.
