I liked the concept of designing your album first before you purchase it. Had a lot of technical issues however with the webpage and the software. For example if you don't use explorer but the apple safari or mozila firefox then you can not change the order of the pages without an error page appearing. The software needs a bit more instructions, for example on how to delete a photo once you dragged it over. On the webpage also you need to click on 'remove' in order to change page order (you'd think it would remove the page altogether). Their support was very supportive. Without their patient responses I would have abandoned the project. Finally, the album got shipped within 2 weeks and it is very beautiful! Patience paid out.
