Why must these crooks rip off hard working people who cannot afford this kind of loss.
-Feb. 14 got call from Tristar Platinum Rewards.
-Feb. 17 Tristar took $219.90 directly out of my bank.
-Feb. 29 Still have not recieved a card, Called and spoke to Carla, she said it takes a week to make sure my money is good, so give it a week.
-March 17 Called Tristar and spoke to Manager (Solonge), She said Sorry, she will send another one by the 28th of March.
-March 28 Called Tristar once more and Spoke to Solonge once more. She said give it one more week.
-April 10 Tried to call but Said to be closed.
-April 17 Tried once more time to call and said it was closed.
-April 28 Field a report with the Better Business Bureau (BBB). And Wrote a letter to them myself stating the problem and no response.
-June 1 Got a letter from The BBB Stating they had contacted them and did not get a response and if I wanted to resolve this matter I should "consult with an attorney".
-I can't afford an attorney! I have 3 kids to take care of. I was trying to hard to rebuild my credit to buy a decent home for my family to live in and this is what I get. Hoping that I would get a credit card to pay for school, I used my school book money to pay for the card. I had to use my grocery money to buy the book and live of of ham and cheese sandwitch for a month! I can't even tell you how angry I am at this "Tristar Plantinum Rewards" I feel like The most ignorant mother out there!
