I am a contractor who did work on the personal home of Scott Savastano. He claims to be the real estate developer of The Pond in Montville, NJ. Scott Savastano is a low life rip off artist who after I completed all my work at his house, refused to pay me. He gave bogus reasons why he wouldn't pay me. I found out that he did this with others who on his house. This is how he does business with contractors like me. Scott Savastano is a bad guy. After I started to have problems with him I checked him out and found out that he has a track record of being accessed of fraud, see below. I probably will not get paid and it is difficult for a guy like me during these times especially. My advise is to stay away from this creep.
