Ripped me off! Paid registration and cannot logon! Unable to use site! Palo Alto, California

I placed my purchase at Public Records Pro on May 9.
My bank statement showed a one-time charge from "CLKBANK*COM". My receipt number is EWWN866S.
I was told there were NO RECURRING CHARGES for my purchase. I will NOT be billed again, and they do not keep my billing information on file.

All I needed to do then was log into my account using a link they had sent me and as a member I had unlimited search access to these great tools:
* People Search
* Public County Records
* Birth and Death Records
* Marriage and Divorce Filings
* Relatives and Neighbors Search
* Reverse Address Lookup
* Cemeteries, Obituaries, Newspapers
* And More!

I have not been able to log into my account as of today, Aug 10.
The message I get is that my email is not recognized. Funny how my receipt and link came to that email address. And the withdrawl came out of my bank okay! Now what do I do? Report them to anyone and everyone who'll listen!
