The law firm has notified me that this attorney, Neil Malvone, was let go. He was handling several cases for myself that I have come to find out have been seriously neglected. He cost me two cases. This guy would not return calls. I would have to make an appointment to see him to find out anything. At each meeting he would assure me that things were going the way they were supposed to, that everything was on track. He would seem like he was genuinely interested in your well being and looking out for you. I have now found out I was told some very outlandish lies by Neil about why one of the cases I had could not proceed. One of my cases is now over ten years. The law firm says they will make good as best as they can but where does that leave me, and where does that leave my trust in them. I think all of the clients whose cases he ruined should band together if we can't get individual satisfaction through the law firm and see a malpractice attorney.
