I sent this company my money as they required in order to order my lift. It was a "Pre Order" as per the man I talked to on the phone when ordering. After delivery dates came and went, many phone calls and emails were SENT, none were ever returned. I told the lady that answered the phone, that I wanted to cancel my order and get my money back, she said that was fine. Needless to say, I have left MANY messages on Mr. Nees's answering machine, none of which has been returned. I finally went to a local lawyer who sent him a letter, again no response.
DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE INDIVIDUALS, THEY HAVE NO CONCEPT OF INTEGRITY OR HONOR. My last step will be taken this month (Aug. 2009). I have the name of a reliable attorney in Bristol County Ma. I will let you all know how it turns out.By the way, to save me a trip to MA., has anyone initiated a class action suit against this company/individual? If so, please contact me so I can sign up.
