Scott Berkich ripped off my 88 year old grandmother of over $5000.00 dollars. Judgement ruled in favor of her. But he still won't pay. Ripoff thieves

This man came into my 88 year old grandmother's home back in 1998 & ripped her off over $5000.00. He did not complete any of his work she paid for. We have a judgement against him & he won't pay. We initiated a sheriffs sale, but all his belonging's are in his wife's name. This man is a low life.
