These businesses are selling diamonds on ebay. But they will not send what they advertise. Read their feedback, most of the larger diamonds are not sent. They send junk out then try to refund some money so people dont give them poor feedback.
Myself and many other have had the same experience after winning a auction only to be treated like a idiotdwhen they send out junk diamonds no where close to the description. Does anyone fall for this bull? This is fraud... No bones about it. I cant believe ebay stands for this to go on.
