Please Be Ware! The Owner of this developer has used many Small Business Workers for hard labor. Odaly is the owner and has received numerous payments from the lender for the project currently on a last phase for development. She has not paid them and they are going on over (6) months now! These workers have families and bills to pay! Does she care? Obviously Not! They keep calling her and she does not answer the telephone or when she does or is approached by one of the worker, she tells them "I haven't been paid and once I do, I will contact you!" Now, they are going over (6) months and she avoids all of these workers and still no pay! These workers need help! Please voice your opinion, call and send e-mails requesting she pay them! One of the Small Business Companies she owes money to is "Kiki's Cutting" This person, cuts cement, has a family! Worked for her cutting the old cement stairs so the new ones can be constructed! Mind me, it's a pretty dangerous job! She owes him approximately $48,000.00! She has not even paid this person a dime! While she keeps collecting and living a gougerous life! As I get more names of the Small Business Companies she is owing money to, I will add their names to the list! Can you all imagen, completely your job to feed you family and you get taken for a ride? Very Sad I say! If there is anyone out there who can help, please let me know and I will put you in contact with all the different workers who completed work for Odaly's Development, Inc. Do not work for her unless she pays you first! Consider a big deposit if can not be paid in full! Please help!
