We placed an order on 1/14/9 for the complete Seinfeld DVDs. A few days later we received an email saying they would tell us the tracking number in 3-5 days. Now it's the end of Jan. And we haven't heard anything and we didn't receive our order. We called the 800# for billing questions on the site (888-255-1137) and they didn't know anything about it. And the other number (520-258-4563) had a fast busy signal. I've emailed them several times, with no response. Order #1059. We have no choice but to file a dispute with our bank.
