Rip-off. They promised 8000 minutes of advertising for $14900. We believe the infomercials aren't airing

We paid $14900 for 8000 minutes to be aired nationwide on TV. We don't have any control and we are not told if the infomercial is airing. Since we have no orders we believe the infomercials is not airing as promised.
