My wife and I stayed in Tahiti Marina for over 3 years and we loved the Marina but dealing with the management was unbearable. Eli, the manager is a very unhappy person and she has no remorse to pass on this bitterness to all the tenants and poor maintenance people there. Every single tenant there, have the same thought about her. This is one of the reasons for high turn around. Tahiti marina provides cable and DSL of their own choice with most unclear programs, half of the stations will give you blue screen for days in a row and when they receive enough complain then they fix it, DSL is what they call it but I remember dial up was much faster and then you have to pay for this crappy service and they made this exclusive meaning forget about calling Time Warner or dish network and any other provider, you are stuck there my friend. I'm sure you know what it means, they have a contract with the provider and more money for Mr. Owner.
We paid $1100 for deposit when we moved in, and when I gave them a 30 days notice, I also asked for an early walk thru to see if She can find any problem with our place. A group of three people came in for inspection and no problem was found. They even commented how clean our carpet is after so long and how walls look clean and this and that. Out of $1100 deposit, I received $123.05 check today. She came up with a long list and I will mention a few here: (Carpet cleaning $150) (Spot cleaning $75) (Trash out $145) (Holes in walls $105) (replacement of microwave door $65) (Cleaning fee for 2 bedroom $150) and
This place is a Rip-off, do yourself a favor and go look for apartments somewhere else.
