Aspire Credit Card Company
Aspire credit card is ripping me up one side and down the other

This company has first of all raised my finance charges. I thought the lower your bill the lower the finance charges. Also as long as the company was active there was no web charge for making payments online now there is a $5.00 charge. Can someone please tell me if i should continue to pay this bill or not especially since my balance is not going down.
