I saw their add and called for a simple air duct cleaning. I was told my A/C blower needed to be acid cleaned. As a fool I agreed (this was 6/15/09), my air went out that night (6/15) and still have no A/C (6/24). Multipal excuses by JBL, be aware they do not work weekends due to their religion as I was told. They continue to give me late afternoon appointments so no replacement parts are available due to "the shop is closed". I have had 4 late appointments and still no A/C!!!
Please beware as I wish I read the other reviews before I had this company come to my house. Only one customer service seemed to show some what of sympathy but it could just be a good cover up as she knows she works for a money stealing company.
8 days without air in South Florida is enough to say... Find another company to service your ducts.
Lore, who I am told is the manager never returned my call today (6/25).
STAY AWAY! IT IS 6/24 and I still have no A/C, although I am told they will be here 6/25 pm (again late so if I need parts I am screwed!)
