On 6/15 I had an appointment time of between 11AM-2PM. Gal called me 3 times before 1:30 to tell me that someone was on their way. Technician finally showed up at 6:00 PM!!! Gave me a sob story about how the original technician quit on his way to my place and no "ontime" guarantee compensation given!!! What a joke. I believe that John Moore bought the BBB as stated in an earlier complaint.
