Sold faulty washing machine claimed they were going to fix it never did and will not return money

Bought a washer at ray's pawn and bait shop. It did not work so they claimed they would repair it. It has been 2 months still nothing i asked them when they will be out to do the repairs and never show. I asked for my money back and they get angry. Warning!!! Do not shop there they are rip offs
