My Father-in-law, Tom Miller, worked for this pathetic fool for many years. He managed a construction company - C.C. Meisel Company in McMinnville, Oregon for Mr. Town for many years. He made a lot of money for Mr. Town.
Mr. Town promised Tom "20% of the increase in value of the business" upon Tom retiring. This agreement has been well known to others in the industry and myself for many years. The company was worth substantially more when Tom retired than it was worth when he began managing it for Mr. Town.
When Tom retired, the money offered him as his retirement was not even close to the 20% Mr. Town originally promised him.in fact, Mr. Town even denies having made such an agreement.
Now Tom and his Wife have to spend a lot of time and money suing this cheap bastard in order to get the retirement money he was promised and worked so hard for.
WARNING!!! Do not have any business dealings whatsoever with this dishonest, arrogant liar! Ray's own brother remarked that Ray has been cheating people for years and hoped that Ray gets what's coming to him.
Ray is going to have a lot of explaining to do when the Internal Revenue Service finally catches up with him. Ray is a master at funneling money to himself through his various companies, avoiding sizable tax liabilities. Ray Town is interested in only one person - himself.
On at least one occasion he has been seen with a woman other than his wife. So, business dealings are not the only area where he is self-centered and greedy. I pity Mr. Ray Town...
