The cost of raw materials is extremely low. Power Pops are made up of mostly syrup and you can easily get cavities from eating them.
Power Pops are definitely not Hollywood's secret but just artificially-colored and flavored extremely low quality candies. Don't think Britney Spears is really buying Power Pops.
