Registry Patrol
Received payment cannot get keylock no reply to many E's included proof of purchase Administration@registrypatrol. Comand

Purchased Registry Patrol using visa through PayPal. Received confirmation from PayPal. Funds taken out of my visa account.
Did not receive a keylock code.
Have tried five E's to request code and yes included PayPal reference #. Over a period of a week. Absolutely no responce.
My question is: Can PayPal do a refund on this type of ripoff
Personaly I do not feel that PayPal should be even accepting payments for an outfit with this kind of performance.
I guess once bitten twice shy but I will use every possible means at my disposal to inform people about this outfit Registry Patrol
