Do not fall for it. This is a rip off. I was so excited they told me i would never need to worry about money again.
I was hired to do customer service, not to knock doors for 12 hours a day. Training was said to be paid but i havn't seen a dime. I stuck with the company for about 1.5 weeks and i hated every day of it.intraininmg we were promiced up to 5k a month and as a working mom i was sucked into the lies. A man named Chris Fog told us we could make millions and told us about paid vacations and how we would be set. As time went on more and more people saw through them and began not coming. But i needed the money. They never told me that we coulnt stop to eat or potty. I almost peed my pants several times and lost 20lbs from not eating anything but crackers and water all day.
The first day in the field i was "training" so i made no money. I was a DDK or a canviser. So my job was to knock doors and set appointments for "FREE CARPET CLEANING" i felt horrible knowing i was lieing but i do what i need to do to feed my kids. I worked 15 hours that day and then had to wake my husband up to come get me.
The 2nd day i set 5 appointments but my "team leader' diddnt go to them so i got no credit for them. I began to get a sun burn.
The 3rd i was soar and had a bad sunburn but i did it again i got 10 knockins but my "dealer didnt wanna go to the 10th one, so i lost out on my 10 and 2 bonus again i didnt make any money for 15 hors of work. Oh and i got burned again.
Day 4 I did ok only got 7 appointments but my team leader only went to 3 so i only got credit for 3. And i wasnt aloud to go to the restroom at all unless i asked a home owner to use there potty. My sun burn began to blister and i was told to deal with it.
Day 5 I set 6-7 appointments but again he didnt go so i got no credit. And it continued like this untill Wed. The 27thof May. I started off having a bad day from the time i got outa the "van" i had a police officer fallowing me wen i told my team leader he told me to walk to a new area and try again. The cop followed me. Through out the day i had a cop 10 ft from me so my team leader abandond me in kingwood. I had no idea where i was so i asked someone how to get to the freeway, my husband drove from katy to 59 and kingwood i walked 11 miles to the freeway so my husband could find me i had no water and it was hot. Im now suffering from 3rd degree sun burn and had to got to the er because i began to bleed from my burn.
I thought that would be the last straw but no. When i went to pick up my check it was 65$. For 9 12-15 hour days. How do I support my family on 65$?
