Veteran's Administration is nothing but liars. They sold property that we didn't own. They foreclosed this property in our names after knowing, that the property was fraud.
They foreclosed on a house that didn't belonged to them.
This house was a house that my husband and his ex-wife had purchased back in 1984. Someone attached the serial number from this home to the one we purchase.
I enclosed this information in my ccomplaint. This information was given to me by the dept of motor vehicle. This is how va had determined that the that the loan was fraud and that we didn'towned the real property, from this info that I had given to them.
VA sold the property knowing that it wasn't legal. These people broke the law but they are government official, who will prosecute them.
