APX ALARM AKA APEX Discriminated against a Pregnant employee PROVO Utah

I worked for APXALARM for nearly 12 months.in the 12 months that I worked there they have discriminated against me twice for being pregnant. The first time I was discriminated against, I applied to transfer to another department and I felt they didn't give me the job because I was pregnant and the biggest season is the summer (which is when I am due, August). I talked to HR about it and after a few months they had another posting up for the same position to transfer to the department again so I applied and interviewed again. During the interview, I was specifically told that if I wasn't chosen it wouldn't be because I was pregnant. I was then hired and trained for the new position where I was told that we were going to get really busy and that I would be able to stay after the summer season because of the experience that I have. Today I am 28 nearly 29 weeks pregnant and I was let go from my job. They wouldn't give me a reason why but before me, 2 other pregnant girls (only other ones in my department) were let go. There were a few other people who were let go who I believe had medical problems at least most of them. I was not paid everything that I had already earned nor was I offered severence or anything of the sort.

After working there for so long I began learning that we were sending out technicians and sales reps that had criminal backgrounds (including burglaries). We are also sending out SEXUAL PREDATORS. Why in the world would a security company send out people (who we are trying to protect our homes and families from) to install or sell you the alarm system that they know how to use and know how to get into. I know that not everyone of the employees are licensed to work with alarm systems because of the background checks and because they don't care. Which is illegal. They have to be licensed to sell and to install.
