I went online on a people search site to locate my father and i used my debit and the charged me 9.95 but when i received my statement i was charged 19.95 3 times unauthorized and that made my account to overdrawn

I went online on a people search site to locate my father and i used my debit and the charged me 9.95 but when i received my statement i was charged 19.95 3 times by valuemax and it was unauthorized and that made my account to overdrawn. I just want my money back especially where the economy is so bad i dont need people taking my money when in reality i realy dont have it
