I purchased a Platinum membership with some misunderstanding on my part. I, however called within twenty minutes of my purchase to cancel. I had not even received a confirming Email.
They refused stating that they "could not"
refund. As usual there were communication problems and the answer to all my concerns were addressed with a by memorization policy phrase.
If a customer is dissatisfied within five minutes and has an unused product but is refused refund 15 minutes later, imagine what will happen if you buy something expensive.
I will know better next time. Service and customer sat were shipped out of this country along with jobs.
