Don't waste your time. I personnally called the real Gentech company and got it confirmed that the scammers have been using there name for a while because they've been getting phone calls from people that have gone through the interview process giving up S.S. N, Full name, location, birth place, mothers maiden name etc. Etc.
Its a scam people! Protect yourself
