Carl Newlen strikes again... I placed an order for manuscripts that were advertised on Mr. Newlen's website. (www.zattabooks.com) I Sent a $1,070.00 refundable deposit. I have not received the manuscripts (they did send blank CD via Fedex). After 70 emails back and forth with many broken promises and lies for the last 60 days still no refund as promised nor the manuscripts.
Some of the 70 emails were from Mr. Newlen trying to put a spin on why I have not received the deposit refund or the manuscripts. A Mr. Clyde Tippi was also involved as I sent the deposit to his paypal account. Paypal ruled in my favor but did not refund any $. After reading Mr. Newlens history on this website and others its a wonder to me why the FBI Internet Fraud Unit has done nothing.
