On Jan. 9th of I joined Neilsen's NetRatings Panel through Valued Opinions. Valued Opinions told me that my account would be credit $7.50 for signing up and $7.50 for allowing Neilsen's spyware to run on my system and transmit it's data for three months. That three months has come and gone. The $7.50 plus $7.50 was not credited to my account
I kept the survey invite. I saved it as html and sent that to Valued Opinions Customer Service as an attachment. They have not responded.
Up until now, Valued Opinions has been an honest company. I never would have believed that Valued Opinions would rob me in this way. I was counting on that extra money to buy my best friend's son a birthday present at amazon.com. Had it not been for that, I never would have agreed to let spyware run on my system.
