Signed up for a free trial then got charged, called canceled service then charged again Dallas Texas

I signed up for a free trial, was charged for free trial.
I called to cancel shipment, 5 days later charged $75.00 on my credit card when I called to get reversed they told me I never called. I had called on my cell phone so I have record of date and time of my call they hung up on me.
