My husband worked for Southeastern Mechanical, owned by Robert Pooley, for almost a year. The entire time he worked for this piece of crap, Mr. Pooley withheld childsupport in the amount of $105.00 per week, every week, from his checks. This money was suposed to be sent directly to the Dept. Of Human Services Child support Enforcement.instead, come to find out, Pooley never sent a dime of this money.
In November, when my husband was informed by DHS that he was seriously delinquent on his payments, he attempted to contact Pooley to find out what the deal was. Pooley never would accept his calls.
My husband tried to be calm and patient, but after some time he decided to go to Pooley's office and ask for the money.
Pooley assured him that the money would be sent promptly, then sent all but $500.00. Then the loser fired my husband the next day!!!
He has yet to sent the other money. Come to find out, my husband is not the only one being ripped off by this man. Several other employees have been facing the same dilemma.
