I was online purchasing a grant cd and yes i did authorize a charge of my credit card for $1.95 which was taken but then 2 unauthorized charges appeared on my charge card that i didnt authorize. One charge was from www.TAXREFUNDGUIDE.com for 38.21. The other charge was from 360grants.com for 57.81. I didnt authorize either of these charges and they shouldnt be able to get away with taking peoples money. I didnt even recieve a website or a phone number where either company can be reached.
