Sabrina is really a very sad case. She cannot keep a job. After I evicted her I came to realize that she also changes jobs every few months and her last employer was looking for her as she had taken some stuff from him and had stopped showing up to work.
I rented my condo to her starting in May. After about one month she started complaining about smoke coming into the the condo from the neighbouring units, without any subjective evidence. About 2 months later complained of a $900 water bill because the "toilet was running non-stop". I got a lawyer and she was evicted mid Feb, so I am sure she has either found a new place or looking for one.in court came to find out that she has another judgement against her.
She definitely knows her way around the system and abuses it to the max. When she left my condo, she also took some stuff with her.
Her description is as was described in the previous report as dressing simple, wide hip, soft voice, dresses very old fashion. She kept 2 dogs in the apartment. One named Ginger. She does not have a bank account for obvious reasons. Does not have a cell phone.
Also, she owes me about $4000.00 and any info to her whereabouts or employment would be greatly appreciated.
Would be more than happy to help in anyway if you are seeking legal actions against her.
