Lies and inappropriate business edicate

Vitarara is a small 2 person shop ran by Mark Menard and John Fitzpatrick. I was hired as a java programmer. I first knew that they where very unprofessional when they first hired me and began to insult my many years of programming skills just so they could justify paying me bellow appropriate wages for a java programmer. I accepted the job at the lower pay rate. They then began treating me like i knew nothing about programming and soon set me up as a call rep taking help desk calls. I was not hired as a help desk support person i was hired as a lead java programmer. Little to no calls would ever come in making the job a joke.

On top of all this there application MORI looks like a high school student designed it on acid. There is no clear Design flow to they system and every client had a slighly different coppy of MORI making help desk support IMPOSSIBLE FOR ANYONE. Mark Menard and John Fitzpatrick would contently expect me to be able to read there mind. Both of them are extremely childish and contently made insulting comments toward me that where unfit for a working environment. Mark Menard had talked to me a few times wile i worked there for "Constructive criticism" but every time it was just Criticism and insults. These guys are pure evil in that they can insult you with a smile on there face. There default attitude to anyone is to insult you and scream at you. One time i stated a method of storing data in a way that would be less resource intensive and would increase search time and Mark Menards response to it was "Why don't you go jack of in the corner because that would be more productive then what your doing now" This kind or behavior is completely unexceptionable in the work environment.

One time wile on a call with a client Mark Menard took the phone from me and began to talk to the customer in a snobby and stubborn way that was by far the worst example of customer service ever. And yet he still had the nerve to insult my many years experience with customers. When Mark Menard fired me, his excuse was that i didn't meat his (impossible) standards. He then (in a snobby way) told me that he is sorry that he hired me and that it was his falt for not doing more research and being more careful in how to hire. This was pure insult to injury here. The least he could have done is treat me with respect when he was firing me for a job i never was hired for.

And for all you clients out there looking for an application that vitarara has look some where else as a programmer that got to see there app first hand and under the hood. There are many other apps out there 100 times better then anything vitarara can ever dream of. That and vitarara rips you off they are way over pricing you for a pile of junk.
