BIg Rip off, something need to be done to stop the money abuse

Around a year ago, we recieved a phone call from US Grant, (now USA Grant). And like so many others we believed that they were honest.

Before we gave them any money we went to there office in Las Vegas and met with a rep. From the company, we interviewed them for over 2hrs and believed there story on how they could and would get us the grant money to enhance our business. THEY ARE VERY GOOD!!! We did what they wanted and sent them the $7500.00. And then we waited... in conversation with the company they said we needed to become a 5013c non profit org. And that would make getting the grant money from the foundations quicker, so again they wanted more money $5000. Which we again sent.

We can not get ahold of the comp.By phone so we have gone to there office several times. They never want to talk with us. At present we have received our non-profit papers, our corp. But no money from any foundations.

We believe that this is nothing but a scam and would like to join with others that want to prosecute.
