These people, ask for money up front (don't do it) donot return money sent, as near as I can find out, they are based out of canada, but to get phone numbers in the US they must have some sort of ID, phone companies are no help,

You must file a report in your home state, also file with the FTC FBI and enterstate commerce comm.
Also charge wire fraud, from winnipeg canada (name of Andrew flatts) and (Rayon Swaby) are the ones that signed for the money.

If you have filed charges or have been taken by any of the above named people, Do not be afraid, speak up, Lets Get This Scum, before they hurt any more people
