MRI - Macanthony Realty International - Darragh Macanthony - MRI Overseas Property Is it collusion to defraud?

I like many others I am hearing about, have been caught by the very cleverly crafted sales operation of MRI. I am currently trying to resolve the lack of financing facilities since the downturn. I was duped into believing that Capital Financial Partners were an independent financial operation that would look after my interests. I now find that all interest in me seems to have evaporated.

I have contemplated various options going forward and have decided to go public in order to try to gather some pace in this activity.

I am listing below the activity that I am embarked upon and would like to receive contacts from all who are interested in taking part. I have so far contacted a few similarly financially disadvantaged' people and have received some positive responses and I would guess some people are still not sure whether to join in.

Below is a copy of an e-mail I sent to others I am trying to get involved.

I have been doing some background work and have contacted the BBC twice but I think there is something fishy going on, as they won't talk to me! It is reported to me that MRI have a contact at the BBC and so MRI gets info on anyone trying to get something going-I personally have no way of verifying this though so it is given uncorroborated.

I am considering another tack as I previously had connections with a timeshare company that was not delivering on promises. This was resolved by having a dedicated 'website forum' that allowed individuals to register and through this a group of affected investors formed and got organised to the point of developing legal approaches to the problem.

I have now established the necessary work to set up the forum website. There are several web addresses available that would suit the purpose; for example: mriinvestors.org. Uk.

The forum could be up and running in as little as 3 days and is fully structured for the purpose with all the legal disclaimers required. It could be set up in a variety of ways and the format of the site can be modified as time goes by or needs dictate. The site administrator can control the access and content.

I would like you to consider this and feedback your potential interest, also that of any other contacts you may have.

The IT costs of this are offered, because the IT company knows me, at the rate he would charge any registered charity;

57 per year to host the website on a commercial platform
450 for 2-year use of the CMS forum software including all training (4 hours)
10~50 for domain name depending on which one is chosen

Firstly; would you support such an approach and/or would any of your contacts?

Secondly; would you or any of your contacts be prepared in the first instance to make some form of contribution to the cost of setting this up? The more people the cheaper it becomes! If I could get a list of say 10 it would cost around 55 each. I would be prepared to take the responsibility of setting the forum up and act as administrator and my IT contact has agreed to be the recipient of any legal approaches from MRI (of which I am sure there would be many). He is an ex-police officer who handled the previous timeshare case IT requirements so he is well suited to this.
