Fosdick Corporation ripoff business from hell

I ordered Pasta Pots on January 27. TriStar cashed my check a week later.

It is now April 9 and I have yet to receive anything. When I called, I was told they were on back order. I asked for my money back and was told no.

I have also filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I just want my money back.
