Refund

I received my refund in 16 days by being calmly forceful, and persistent.
I'll never know what this product is like, but they could change that with
three changes to their policy:
1. Use "Truth in advertizing"
2. Employ cordial. Respectful, polite representatives.
3. Ensure timely refunds.

If they live by (1. & 2.) the third item will be rarely necessary.
