I ordered the 30day trial in Dec. 08. I cancelled the order. Prior to the cancellation there was three payments taken out of my account. One for $ 87.13, $40.00, and $ 87.13. I was told that the second bottle was $40.00, however, I never received a second bottle. I was told that I was charged for a third bottle $87.13. That bottle was sent back and the company because I was unaware that I was going to continuously recieve bottles. I was refunded for the second bottle, $40.00 but never refunded for the third bottle. Every time I call I am told that they would check the shipping department and I will receive an e-mail. I never recieved an e-mail nor my second refund for $87.13. I understand about not canceling within the trial period. They was paid for that the first $87.13, but to keep my money for another bottle they got back is unethical. The customer rep. Said they are only allowed to give one refund and they were going to keep my money for the other item that they received. The supervisor Heather witched the information and told me the second bottle was $87.13 and not $40.00. If it were true, I only received $40.00. I have called numerous times and I am told the same thing, we will check with the shipping department and they will e-mail me. I have never heard from the shipping department. When I ask to speak to who is ini charge, they forbid to provide me with that information. I feel like I am in a situation where they just take my money and refuse to give it back and I don't know who to complain to because they will not provide me with a name or address so I could either speak or write a letter of complaint
