Perry Ford owes me $500 plus 5 month payment on debt installment loan of $266 that totals $1330.00

Perry Ford calls out of the blue and asked to borrow $200 and he will pay me back $800 due to some investment that he was going into. Truthfully speaking, I didn't have $200 told Perry that I was just paying off my cash advance loan with Check and Go. He asks me to take out the $200 for him and he will pay me. I felt like at the time $200 was not alot of money and went ahead and took the money out and gave Perry $200 in cash trusting that Perry would pay me back.
With that transaction, Perry created a contract with a company name, Britalex Industries, Inc. Which I found out later does not exist. On the contract it states that Perry Ford promise to pay Erica $800 no later than 9/15/08. Well when Sept 15 comes, no payment is made and he say take the advance out again and he will pay it back.
At the time, I am stress with financial cash flow that I am experiencing with my credit cards, I ask him what is a good solution to get out of this debt that I'm in. He asks for all the amounts of what is owed and he will create a debt program for me to go. So he suggest that I go to Citifinancial and take out a $5000 loan. With this loan, I was to give him $4000 of the money so he can put into this investment program where the companies buy apartment buildings and re-sell thems and receive an investment off of the sale. With the investment money that he will receive, he will payoff my cash advances, this new $5000 loan and reinvest the money I gave him back into the investments. Perry also states that Im going to help get out this for you.
So I go to Citifinancial and apply for the loan, I am able to take out a $9000 loan provided that I used my car as colleteral and they will payoff two of my credit cards and I will have the balance to payoff other bills. I was not able to take out the $5000 loan which was good in a sense.
So I tell Perry about the loan and what they will offer me and he says go ahead and instead of $4000, give him $1000 of the money and he will invest it and later payoff the loan and my cash advances. At the time I agreed.
Once I received the proceeds from the loan, Citifinancial cut me two checks to pay off two of my credit cards, which I did and closed the accounts. I had $1947.00 left over. I was very skeptical about giving Perry the $1000 because he didn't pay the $800 that was due back in September or any of the cash advances as promise on the first agreement. He tries to convince me that I need to trust him and he will not screw me over this. Still skeptical, I gave him $500 instead of $1000. Then another contract was created.
On the second contract, still with the same company that does not exist. He has an reverse trade/rollover investment agreement in which I give him an investment of $1000 for an average of six months. And that he will pay $270 per month starting 11/4/08 on the new loan. And with this agreement he writes that he will pay all cash advances by due date and paid by 10/15/08.
Also with this agreement I am not to request any advances or cash out request at anytime. States that the funds will use to pay off any debts and written to he creditors only. Perry Ford and Erica signs on the agreement.
Well October 31 comes and the cash advance is due. Perry calls and states that I need to take the advance out again and he will pay it in November when it due.
November 15 and once again, Perry is unable to pay the cash advance or the new loan of $266 which is due and that I need to take it out again and he will pay it in the next two weeks. November 30 cash advance is due again and again he cannot pay it. At this time I have no choice but to continue to take out the loan because I can't afford to have this large amount paid and none of my credit payment or the loan is paid. I have to make a partial payment on the Citifinancial loan, because after all, it's in my name and it has to be paid or I risk having my car repo.
December 15, continue to call Perry about paying the loan and the cash advances, I receive an excuse that someone will go up to Citifinancial and pay on the loan.
I call Citifinancial and ask if anyone came in and the lady told me no. At this time, I am mad, frustrated because I'm depending on someone else to assist me like that agreed and has not done anything at all. Once again he confess that he does not have any money and that he is being mess and continues to apologize which is not acceptable to me because Perry knew he could not pay this.By this time, Im asking for my $500 back and forget paying this loan or the cash advances because he just showed to me that he can't pay anything. He says that he will pay me back the money and that's when this run around for my money became even worst.
I kept receiving an excuse that he will pay this week or that week and he would not even show up or return my calls. I left numerous messages that he could have at least made a partial payment of $75 instead of dodging my phones calls. Finally he agreed to pay $75 every two weeks.
On January I received a total of $150 from Perry and then he states that he will be able to pay me my $500 after this mortgage transaction goes through. So for the next two weeks in January I received no more money from Perry but big run around. I kept hearing another excuse about the he's waiting on this lady to deposit the check and he will give me my money. Then I heard another excuse that it will take 3-4 business days to receive the money since the check has to clear. Then there was another excuse about the check was no good and that the people he was working with was messing him over. Then on February 18 he states that he has everything cleared up and he will have my money next week.
Well February 24 comes and Perry states that he will give me my money on Wednesday, February 25. Wednesday comes and I call him and he says that he feels really sick and that he's in the hospital and he will give me my money on Friday. Well Friday comes and he says again that he's not well and he will give it to me by Monday.
Now I am really pissed and upset and mad about the whole thing and all I want is my money. Well Monday March 2 comes and I call and once again I receive his voice mail and he sends a text stating that he will meet me at my job at 4pm and give me my $500. Well 4:30 comes and I don't hear from Perry and when I call, I get his voicemail and turns the cell phone off! I am very tiring of this run around and it shouldn't take no one to go through this hassle for someone to pay back my money.
I feel this whole business agreement is null and void because Perry Ford did not meet none of his obligations and I want my money refunded back to me. The only contact that I have had is his cell phone, apartment address and his work address. He has a bogus business card that the actual address does not even exist. I basically just want my $500 back I will do my best to take care of the loan.
