Took 94.89 out of my checking account without permission

This company gets you to sign for 1.99 for a disc then 7 days latewr you find out they have taken 94.89 out of your account without your knowledge. Really gotta read the fine print. Then they make you wait 88 days to get your refund. After I sent 3 days of nasty emails they offer me half my money back now as a settlement. This should be illegal.
