I'm coming back to follow up my sad story. My 2 puppies managed to live through Parvo after $4000 in vet care & NO CARE whatsoever from the breeder. C. Apker of Clarksville, TN. Who represented herself as Vodoo Kennels.
Well, 7 months into one of my puppies lives she passed away suddenly from Kidney Failure. Another $1850 in medical care & all the tears in the world myself, my daughter & my family could cry couldn't keep her alive. She suffered because her breeder has NO IDEA how to breed & take care of dogs beyond mating them & collecting the money. She doesn't health test, she & doesn't take care of them properly when they are newborns. The parvo in the end, killed my dog in a silent way. I never knew her kidneys were shutting down (months later) until it was too late to help her!
I have struggled to socialize my pups. I have struggled to keep them well. The remaining sister is adored & spoiled here. All I can say is, Thanks God my Hope knew love before she died. She certainly never got that from her breeder. From her she got substandard care, worms, parvo & "put her to sleep" when I called to say she was sick & at the vet.
Sadly this so called human being is still breeding anything she can get her hands on.input her phone number in Google & you get any breed dog you can think of! She is disgusting & I am doing anything I can to get potential buyers to read this, and STOP BUYING Cherl's badly bred puppies!
Save yourself the heartache & put her out of the puppy mill business!!!
All I have to say is, Cheri. If you are reading this... You are LUCKY I don't live in the same state! Things would be a LOT different.
