On 6-1-06 Tina Hyslop, Josie lamere (tinas sister) and Latisha Hyslop drove into My drive way with Josies truck and horse trailer. They removed My stallion from his stall in My secured barn. They transported him to brown city and had him gelded and then attempted to sell him in marlett on 6-2-06, where I was waiting with the police. They were tipped off and went back to the fenner farm. They hid My horse at Fred Fenner and Joyce Yeashevich residence, located at 5426 Emmett rd. Until he was recovered by the Mi State Police on 6-4-06. These people were aware this horse was stolen. Tina Hyslop claimed she was reposessing her horse. The fact is that she had given this horse to the Ingles family in June. The condition of the horse at that time was in a state of starvation and no flesh in one knee. The ingles in turn gave me this horse in april with a written agreement. Tina Hyslop stated to the state police that she learned that I had this horse in april and that I was going to breed him. She never made any attempt to contact Me or My family and stold this horse on june 1st at 2:30 in the afternoon (I did not know the Hyslops prior to this incident). She used her sister Josies (Josie was on probation at the time for larceny from the fort graiot meijers case # 06p1846sm) truck and a borrowed horse trailer rather than using her own. They gelded a horse that Tina claimed was hers, four hours after stealing him. The real reason was Tina knew I was going to breed this horse now that He was healthy. She then kept this horse at someone elses home rather than taking him back to her farm. And attempted to sell him the day after stealing him. Does any of this sound like Tina really felt she owned this horse? The fact is she was well aware she did not own this horse and thats why she did what she did. Another thing I should point out, is that Tina never once attempted to regain posession of this horse after the state police recovered him on 6-4-06 at the fenner residence. I just finished My civil suit against Tina Hyslop in circuit court (case #k08-000692-cz). I represented myself and Tina Hired an attourney. I won that case hands down and have already collected My settlement. For any of You that are into horses and frequent the auctions around st. Clair or Sanillac counties beware of these people. If You have small children, You should also be aware that Tina's husband, Willard Hyslop was convicted of sexually assaulting a fourteen month old child and giving this child genital wartz case #92-2730 (It should also be mentioned that it was Tina who testified against Willard and then married him. This is not the first time that Tina Hyslop had attempted to steal some one's horse that she did not know.in 2004 she parked her truck and trailer in front of a home in greenwood twp and walked into his barn holding a horse lead line. Lucky for him he returned home to find tina in his barn. I have a taped conversation and statement from this person. This is a warning to all. These people are just plainly thieving, lying, human waste, and you would all be wise to steer clear of these people. Please tell everyone You know, what You have read.
