I have resided at this apaartment complex and I am disappointed by their lack of upholding their legal obligation to the Landlord / Tenant act. The broken pool fence, the man who was stabbed taking out the trash, the man who was found dead in his apartment after a week and most importantly. The lack of ambition to fix items that are broken in an occupied unit and still have the nerve to ask for the full payment in rent after their obligations have not been met. Mail boxes broken into - broken apartment window, burglary, theft and the Orange Arbor office trying to enforce the "pet" policy. No pit bulls. What a joke. There are still a hand full of very large breeds that are not acceptable by the landlord, but still remain mainly due to the fact that management "likes the resident" or feels threatened by the resident. A/C units that have been in a state of repair for months - but never fulfilled their obligation to provide adequate heat or air for the reasonable person.
This entire complex is infested with roaches, drug dealers and poor management skills and after treating their residents like they are the last on the totem pole - expect rent payments on time when they can not fix an a/c unit in a timely manner or unclog a sink. Do not let them sucker you in when they say the grounds are monitored by surveillance camera. They are not!!!
