I went to Fantastic Sam's in O'Fallon, MO on Friday evening, February 27. What took place was really a travesty of incompetence. That said, FOX2 has run a story of my situation and my story along with pictures of what happened can be seem at a website I created: http://fantasticsamsbutchered.com Th owner of the franchise nor anyone from their corporate office has done nothing to make restitution let alone apologize for this matter. The incompetent person that did this, Kim, is still in their employ regardless of my request she be terminated from the company. I, a father of 2 special needs children, have lost $2500 because my appearance has made me have to cancel a trip to fulfill the obligations previously planned. I'd like to know why Fantastic Sams refusing to address this situation directly and responsibly?
