(Phone Sex Networks) hostile, abusive and unprofessional treatment towards a once longtime custome

For well over a year now, I've been a fairly regular customer of Tara Consulting, mainly it's PSO networks. I can honestly say that up until recently, I've never had a single problem with this company. I always found their operators to be polite and respectful, billing was always done without error, etc.

The problems with TC basically started when their PSO chatrooms moved servers and changed format. The idea was to limit access to regular callers only, which would seem like a good idea. However, the flaws in the system became evident very quickly.

Each eligible customer on the TC PSO network is entitled to one unique handle with a default password for chat. It is solely up to the individual user to choose that username and reset that default password. However, because each user starts out with the same password, the opportunity for a hacker to access any one individual's username and profile presents itself in spades.

I was not instructed on how to change my default password at sign-up, and to be honest, I failed to ask. I used my default password the entire time, and at one such point, my account was hacked.

The individual who hacked my account apparently used it to start verbal confrontations and disrupt the chat process. Given the intimate nature of the chat enviornment, and having been a member for as long as I had, I would have hoped that the mods would have noticed "my" unlikely behavior and been more discearning.in fact, I'd spent so much time there that I even posted a profile pic and shared personal information, something entirely taboo on any PSO network. You would think that somebody in charge would have taken that into account, but alas, nay.

My account was permanently terminated without my knowledge. No e-mail, no phone call, nothing. Just a red bar at log-in that read; "You have been banned." Unable to fully understand what was happening at that point in time, I called the dispatcher and asked for help. At first call, I was told to call back. And I did, but only to be told to wait another 20 minutes. I was frusterated, but I did wait the extra time. When I called the third time, this is what happened;

PSO: HelloMe: Yes, I'm following up for the third time today about some log-in problems i'm having with the chat. PSO: Right. What's your name again? Me: *PSO: Oh, that's right. *, I have a message for you from *Me: You do? PSO: Yes, would you like to hear it? Me: Yes. PSO: She says; F* you asshole! [Hang up]

(I did my best to keep this as accurate as possible, word for word, without a transcript)

To sum it up in words, I was completely floored. I've never in my life experienced such abusive rudeness from a customer service person, let alone one that represented a company I trusted.

Without giving away any personal information, I was able to figure out what had happened to my account fairly soon after. I've attempted to contact TC PSO Networks by phone to explain the situation, but all I get is a busy signal, which makes me believe that my number has been blocked.

I was the utmost loyal to this company for my adult entertainment needs. I trusted the PSOs and Mods and spent a great deal of time and a fair amount of money proving that. I even had a CC on file for future calls, an account I was quick to close after this nightmareish ordeal. I urge any and all potential or active customers of tara consulting and their pso networks to reconsider giving them your business. The level of rudeness and unprofessionalism they display is downright scary, and despite the intimate climate, they're ultimately apathetic and ignorant to an individual customer's needs and character (despite what they'll tell you while you're a customer).

Upon further investigation, I've also found a few former employees of TC with horror stories of their own, mainly involving paychecks (or lack there of). This would probably explain the high turnover, which is evident by the new names and faces who arrive every other day. The "owner" does not devulge any information about herself to customers or employees, not even a first name. Ergo, you really have no idea who you're working with or where your money is going.
